15.2 HUB Financial Solutions Limited (trading as HUB Pension Consulting) is covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service. This means that if you’re not happy with the way we’ve handled your complaint or you’re unhappy with our final response, you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman within the following timescales.
• If you haven’t received a final response from us and it’s been eight weeks since we received your complaint.
• Within six months of being sent your final response letter or your Summary Resolution Communication.
